Pat and Tina Carson have lived in Turkey for 29 years.  Pat has a local insurance business and Tina works full time at the Hotel.  They have three children that they have raised in Turkey.  Walker received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and graduated from grad school at the University of Lincoln. He now lives and works in Austin. Ryleigh will attend Texas Tech Law School beginning Fall 2022 and Jake works for American State Bank in Lubbock.  Parker had a great spring in Uruguay studying Spanish and is now a junior at Abilene Christian University.  If you are visiting the Hotel and don’t see us, we are probably doing something with our children!  While this is a relatively new way of life for the entire family, cooking and entertaining is nothing new for the group!

Renovations at the hotel have included updating the lobby and rooms and keeping the restaurant open to serve Hotel guests as well as Turkey & Quitaque and all of the people just passing through!
